DM Closer Lab is building an AI-assisted messaging platform that helps businesses reply to customers, qualify leads and book appointments across Instagram, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp.
What we are building
These are planned capabilities. The product has not launched and features may change before it does.
Lead qualification
The questions a business needs answered are asked naturally in conversation, and the answers are saved so nobody is asked twice.
Appointment booking
Customers can arrange a time inside the conversation they are already having, instead of being sent somewhere else.
Human handoff
A team member can step into any conversation. When a person takes over, the AI stops replying.
How we are approaching it
- Official integrations only. We connect through Meta's official APIs and authorization flows, not unofficial workarounds.
- Businesses stay in control. Each business decides what its assistant says, what it asks, and when a person should take over.
- Each business's data kept separate. The platform is designed so that one business cannot see another's conversations or settings.
- Replies only when invited. The assistant responds to people who message a business first, within the messaging rules each platform sets.
Where things stand
DM Closer Lab is in active development and is being tested with our own accounts. We are not accepting sign-ups, and no customer accounts exist yet.
